Our Adult Day Health Care clients are welcomed into the Facility and integrated into our in-house residential population. Daily Activities are individualized for the residents which allows the residents and Adult Day Health clients to form friendships with others with "like" interests. Deep and lasting friendships are quickly developed. Dedicated staff, to the Adult Day Health Program, become the "familiar & friendly" faces for our clients and their families.

Occasionally, if the family finds they can no longer care for their "family member" at home, and the need for long term care is established and communicated, the transition into the Nursing Facility is smoother, as routines are already familiar and understood.

PROGRAMMING / ACTIVITIES: Includes the following:
Participation in social, recreational and stimulating activities to help increase self-esteem and maintain the highest possible degree of independence Personalized care by specially trained, caring staff members including certified nursing assistants, registered nurses, and activity coordinators Daily exercise classes Pet therapy program Social outings

	SERVICES:
	Administration or supervision of medications Rehabilitation services* Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy (with physician orders) Showers* Lunch and two snacks Breakfast & dinner available* Social Services Dietary Counseling

HOURS OF OPERATION: (7 days a week) Monday - Sunday: 6:30am - 5:30 pm.
FEE SCHEDULE: $55.00 a day Monday - Friday $80.00 a day Weekend and Holidays $20.00 shower service $2.75 breakfast or dinner
